Delete Family Data

Of course, you have the possibility to let all your data be deleted. This can be done really easily from the app.

📱How to Delete Your Family Data

The deletion process depends on your current subscription status:

✓For Active Subscribers

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Navigate to Danger Zone
  3. Select Delete Family
  4. Confirm your decision

⚠️For Cancelled Users

If you cancelled your subscription and are blocked by the paywall:

  1. Open the app and wait for the Paywall screen to appear
  2. Scroll to the footer of the paywall screen
  3. Press the More Actions button
  4. Select Delete Family
  5. Confirm your decision

Important Disclaimer

⚠️ This action will delete data from ALL family members, including other parents and kids.

Permission Requirements: This can only be done by the parent who used OAuth sign-in (signed in with their Google account).

Parents who joined with an invitation code are not able to delete the whole family data.

What Gets Deleted?

  • All family member accounts
  • Task history and progress
  • Points and rewards data
  • Custom settings and preferences
  • All associated family data
